<B>Weekly Interest Rate Survey</B><BR><BR>\
The Weekly Interest Rate Survey is an effective comparison of market interest rates from a variety of sources. The survey \
enables your credit union to remain rate competitive through instantaneous access to competitor term deposit rates, \
residential mortgage rates and Canadian Agricultural Income Stabilization (CAIS) rates. A summary page also updates the \
bond yield indications and Concentra Financial rates. The survey is updated every Thursday.<BR><BR>\
<B>Active Capital Management</B><BR><BR>\
Strategic Financial Management will develop a comprehensive capital plan for your credit union, incorporating a variety of \
growth scenarios.  Recommendations and suggestions on alternatives to acquire any projected capital shortfall will also be \
