Conventional Mortgages

For borrowers who do not require an insured product, or those who have built up equity in their existing homes, Concentra offers quality mortgage funding at competitive rates. Moving up and building for the future is simple with a conventional mortgage. Concentra will lend an amount not exceeding the lesser of 80% of the appraised value or purchase price of a property. First and second mortgages are available with a maximum amortization of 30 years.

High-Ratio Mortgages

Concentra offers a high ratio, insured mortgage to assist those borrowers wishing to finance in excess of 80% of a property’s value.
